Job Description: Bartender at Four Seasons Milano

We currently have an opportunity for a talented Bartender to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano in Italy!

About the role

Reporting into the Director of Wine and Beverage, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar, and competence in ice carving.

Responsibilities include describing the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicating guest orders, including special requests, to the kitchen; coordinating food timings; anticipating guest needs; ascertaining satisfaction; offering suggestions; closing guest checks; being highly visible in the operation; and taking care of special requests to provide an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.

What you bring

Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone restaurants/bars or restaurant/bar groups, preferably in the same position. International experience is an asset. You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player, and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences. We are looking for a passionate individual with deep knowledge of cocktail preparation and a love for curating memorable experiences for our guests.

Schedule & Hours

This position is based at Four Seasons Milan with a fixed-term contract. The role involves a flexible schedule, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must possess the legal right to work in Italy and be fluent in English and Italian.
