Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled bartender to join a prestigious luxury hotel in Perugia, a historic estate blending refined design with authentic nature. This role offers a genuine and highly professional work environment, emphasizing high-quality service and the use of natural ingredients in culinary experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present cocktails, drinks, and other beverages, ensuring high service quality;
• Manage procurement and stock of bar supplies, maintaining quality standards;
• Customize drinks to meet customer preferences;
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials;
• Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams for seamless service.

Required Skills and Characteristics:

• Previous experience, even brief, in 5-star hotels or high-end bars;
• Knowledge of mixology techniques and current beverage trends;
• Experience abroad is a preferred qualification;
• Team-oriented, good communication skills, and collaborative spirit;
• Attention to quality standards and procedures;
• Precision and creativity in task management.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week, 5 days a week, single shift.

Contract Offer:

• Direct employment with a fixed-term contract until December, with potential renewal until January 2026;
• Salary and level to be evaluated based on experience;
