Grafton Horeca, a dedicated team specializing in hospitality, is seeking a Bartender for a luxury bistro-bar opening in Venice. The role involves crafting high-quality coffee and signature cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and working within a vibrant, dynamic team. Responsibilities:

1. Welcome customers and manage cocktail and beverage preparation according to quality standards.
2. Set up and clean the bar area before and after service.
3. Prepare and serve classic and innovative cocktails, ensuring aesthetic presentation.
4. Maintain proper timing in drink preparation and service.
5. Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the bar and dining areas.
6. Ensure cleanliness and proper use of equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience, even brief, in a similar role within luxury settings or hotels.
• Knowledge of coffee service.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good communication skills, team spirit, attention to quality standards and procedures.
• Passion for the sector and precision in task management.

Additional Details:

• Working hours: 5 days/week, full-time, 40 hours, single shifts.
• Contract: 1-year fixed-term with potential for permanent employment; salary and level to be evaluated based on experience.
