YellowSquare, a leader in the hospitality sector with hostels in Rome, Milan, and Florence, is expanding and opening new locations across Italy.

We are looking for a

• Bartender / Barmaid / Barista
• for our hostel in Rome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, both hot and cold.
• Manage stock inventory according to storage requirements.
• Dismantle and clean machinery as needed.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Process customer payments.
• Handle special requests and answer customer questions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Flexibility in working hours, with shifts starting at 6:30 am and ending at 4:30 am.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
