We are looking for a

Barista / Customer Service Staff for our Hostel in Rome

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic hot and cold beverages;
• Manage stock inventory according to storage requirements;
• Dismantle and clean machinery as needed;
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks;
• Receive and process customer payments;
• Handle special requests and answer customer questions;

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with other departments;
• Flexibility with working hours, including early mornings (starting at 6:30 am) and late nights (ending at 4:30 am);
• Excellence in customer service skills;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
