Under the supervision of the F&B Manager/Supervisor, this position greets and serves guests in accordance with standards of F&B quality, presentation, and sanitation, in a gracious and professional manner.

The essential duties include:

  • Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks following established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Interacting with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring the bar is well-stocked.
  • Processing transactions accurately and verifying legal drinking age and compliance with laws.

Qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, retail point-of-sale systems, and knowledge of the English language and basic math skills. Certifications such as ServSafe and T.I.P.S. are required.

Key responsibilities involve maintaining cleanliness, knowledge of menu items, operating POS equipment, and providing excellent customer service. The role also requires adherence to safety, security, and organizational standards, along with demonstrating competencies like problem-solving, teamwork, professionalism, and dependability.
