Located in the heart of Rome, the capital city of Italy rich in history and culture, The Social Hub Rome will be our fourth location in Italy, following Florence Lavagnini, Florence Belfiore, and Bologna. Situated in the vibrant San Lorenzo neighborhood, surrounded by local bars, restaurants, and shops, with a strong artistic and cultural atmosphere, the hotel features approximately 392 rooms, a 10,500 m

As a Bartender, you will craft drinks that enhance our vibrant atmosphere. Your creativity and mixology expertise will elevate our guests’ experience, making each visit to our bar(s) memorable. You’ll be knowledgeable about our products and skilled in selling them to guests. Thanks to you, everyone who visits our Rome location will become a huge fan of TSH!

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, following established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests, offering personalized service and drink recommendations.
• Keep the bar fully stocked, organized, and clean during your shift.
• Maintain knowledge of our beverage offerings and participate in ongoing training.
• Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
• Assist in setting up for events and private functions.
• Support front-of-house duties, including seating guests and answering questions.
• Act as a local concierge, advising guests on the best places to visit, eat, shop, or enjoy entertainment.
• Assist guests with requests related to our facilities and possibly learn new technical skills along the way.

Who You Are :

Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end or high-volume environment.

Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.

Friendly, outgoing, professional, with excellent customer service skills.

Capable of working well under pressure during busy times.

Flexible, proactive, motivated, and positive attitude.

A multitasker who efficiently uses skills and handles responsibilities calmly.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsible, hardworking, with a proactive “let’s do it!” mindset.

A European citizen or legally authorized to work in Italy.
