A Bartender engages our guests during their visit, receives / serves orders, and ensures brand service standards are met to the highest quality.

What will I be doing?

A Bartender is responsible for engaging guests, receiving and serving orders, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Specific tasks include:

1. Receiving orders and serving customer requests promptly.
2. Creating and serving beverages such as classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks.
3. Taking food orders and assisting with deliveries as needed.
4. Understanding menu content, updates, and promotional activities.
5. Keeping the service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared.
6. Managing customer account settlements efficiently.
7. Answering guest queries politely and helpfully.
