About the location :

About The Role :

• This role will be onboarded starting August 20th, 2025.

This position is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests. The main responsibilities include serving guests with expert knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, and assisting with product inventory and bar supplies as per management objectives. The ideal candidate is passionate about craft cocktails, guest connection, and delivering an elevated bar experience. What You Will Do :

Be part of the pre-opening team!

Provide knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks, including origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of the wine list, classic cocktail recipes, and specialty drinks.

Deliver quick and efficient beverage service, following established recipes and adhering to all alcohol laws and Four Seasons standards of service and sequence.

Confirm guest orders, including special requests, using the resort’s POS system; check completed orders with the original; anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and offer suggestions.

Handle requests courteously and efficiently, responding promptly to guest concerns and requests.

Assist in drink development, promotions, product inventory, and related tasks such as garnishment preparation.

Follow bar P&Ps and daily checklists.

Ensure professional, courteous, and efficient guest service, greeting each guest promptly with eye contact and a smile.

What You Bring :

At least 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end bar environment.

Knowledge of Micros POS system is beneficial.

Strong interpersonal and personal presentation skills.

Guest-focused mentality, understanding guest preferences.

Confident, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude.

Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Fluency in English and current work authorization in the U.S. required.
