• Develop seasonal drink menus featuring fresh, local ingredients and cutting-edge techniques
• Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and contemporary beverages with precision and style
• Engage guests with your charismatic personality and extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft cocktails
• Maintain an immaculately clean and organized bar area
• Manage bar inventory and collaborate with management on beverage program improvements
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a creative Bartender in a high-end hotel or cocktail bar
• Exceptional mixology skills with a passion for experimenting with flavors and presentation
• In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and current beverage trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Italian and English
