Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Our jobs aren’t just about providing food; we aim to create a memorable and unique experience for our guests, with food and drinks as part of that experience. Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal. Responsibilities include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies. The Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the overall experience.

Success in this role requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication. Guest Service Experts will be on their feet, managing menus, and physically handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds alone and up to 50 pounds with assistance, including reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience
• No supervisory experience required
• No license or certification necessary
