POSITION SUMMARY

Our jobs aren’t just about serving food; we aim to create memorable and unique experiences for our guests, with food and drinks as part of the journey. Guest Service Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services, ensuring guests enjoy their meal. Responsibilities include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and maintaining work areas and supplies.

Success factors include creating a safe workplace, following policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication. Guest Service Experts will be on their feet, managing menus, and physically handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds alone and up to 50 pounds with assistance, including reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping. Performing these duties effectively is critical to providing excellent guest experiences and supporting business operations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related experience.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None required.
