Position: Barman for Ortea Palace, Sicily - Autograph Collection

In view of the 2025 season, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Barman for our renowned hotel, Ortea Palace, Sicily - Autograph Collection. The candidate will be responsible for preparing cocktails and beverages, ensuring an excellent customer service experience characterized by attention to detail, in full compliance with company procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure a memorable customer experience through excellent reception and attentive service.
2. Maintain the quality standards required by the company.
3. Execute service procedures and closing routines, manage stock levels according to the instructions from the F&B Manager to ensure efficiency for the next day.
4. Continuously update knowledge, research, and propose new drinks; develop networks with associations and suppliers to stimulate new ideas and products, sharing these with the F&B Manager and management.
5. Have an in-depth knowledge of products and preparation methods; be available to customers for advice; consult with the Bar Manager regarding product information as needed.
6. Check daily for missing products in storage and pantry.
7. Ensure the bar is always in perfect order, with all equipment and accessories well maintained and clean, adhering to company guidelines.
