Campari Group recherche un Barman/Bartender passionné avec une expérience de 2 ans dans un environnement haut de gamme à Milan. Le rôle implique la préparation de boissons, le service aux clients et le maintien des normes du bar. Les candidats devront faire preuve de compétences en communication, de travail en équipe et d'une bonne gestion du stress.

Competenze

BARLADY/BARMAN con esperienza pregressa maturata in contesti di alto livello e dotati di forte passione per il ruolo, con ottima conoscenza dei prodotti e del mondo della mixology

Il Bartender, sotto la supervisione del Bar Supervisor, si occuperà di:

• Preparazione dei drink, della caffetteria e del servizio verso i clienti del bar mantenendo gli standard del brand e anticipando le richieste del cliente
• Fornisce informazioni ai clienti riguardo alle proposte di food e beverage
• Setting up e breaking down del bar, pulizia e ordine di bicchieri, strumenti e attrezzature in conformità alle disposizoni Haccp e del Bar Supervisor.
• Monitora le forniture e limita gli sprechi
• Controlla e mette in ordine le merci relative al bar

REQUSITI:

• Grande capacità comunicativa ed empatia verso clienti e colleghi
• Capacità di lavorare in un team, di condivisone della propria esperienza, precisione e rispetto dei compiti impartiti
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, ulteriori lingue sono un plus
• Conoscenza degli ambienti di ristorante, bar e sala e di come i dipartimenti lavorano e collaborano
• Esperienza di almeno 2 anni maturata in contesti strutturati di alto livello
• Passione per il ruolo e per il settore in generale
• Apertura, flessibilità, dinamismo, capacità di resistenza allo stress
• Capacità di problem solving e multitasking

I candidati selezionati verranno inseriti con contratto full time, inizialmente a tempo determinato per 6 mesi, con possibilità di proroga o trasformazione a tempo indeterminato.
