Competenze

• Expérience antérieure dans l'hôtellerie, bars ou cafés requise.
• Connaissance des préparations de café et cocktails appréciée.
• Maîtrise des normes HACCP.

Mansioni

• Préparer des boissons chaudes et froides, boissons alcoolisées et non-alcoolisées.
• Effectuer les services d'ouverture et de fermeture du bar.
• Maintenir la propreté des équipements et du bar.

Position: Barman / Barlady – Bartender - Barista for the summer season 2025

We are looking for team-spirited, passionate, and enthusiastic individuals to join us in providing high-quality service with attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, hot and cold beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, and appetizers for guests
• Perform opening and closing bar services and cash operations
• Know the techniques for using equipment and machinery
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, utensils, tables, bar counter, and work areas
• Follow safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Ensure company standards are met
• Previous experience in hotels, resorts, bars, or cafes
• Knowledge of basic coffee and cocktail preparation
• Guest-oriented attitude
• Attention to detail and care
• Excellent presentation and strong communication skills
• Curiosity and passion for the sector
• Seriousness, professionalism, and reliability
• Proactivity and initiative
• Teamwork and listening skills
• Willingness to work in a highly professional environment aiming for top service standards
