Join Our Team as a BARMAN at Borgo Pignano

Borgo Pignano is delighted to share an opportunity for a talented and passionate BARMAN to join our team for the 2025 season.

Borgo Pignano is a 750-acre private estate nestled in the hills and valleys of Tuscany, committed to slow food, slow living, and sustainable organic farming. The estate features two dining concepts: Ristorante Al Fresco, offering informal, relaxed dining with a focus on local and artisanal products, and Villa Pignano. Our restaurant has been awarded a Michelin Green Star and offers a sophisticated menu based on 0 KM products.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate and support the Bar Manager
2. Describe and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
3. Anticipate guest needs to ensure exceptional service
4. Supervise bar staff
5. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years in a similar role in luxury hotels, bars, or restaurants
• Comprehensive knowledge of bartending
• Excellent organizational skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
• Respect for nature and sustainable values
• Valid driving license and own vehicle
