Qualifications

• High school diploma; relevant training is a plus.
• A positive attitude and genuine love for connecting with people.
• Experience as a Barista or in customer service.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to gauge customers’ preferences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation.
• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Craft espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
• Ensure consistency in drink preparation following recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
• Receive and process payments via credit card.
• Store cleanliness & maintenance; keep counters and equipment sanitary.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and customer areas throughout the shift.
• Assist with restocking supplies and food preparation as needed.
• Support other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
