Position: Bartender and Bar Manager (with meals and accommodation)

Company Description:

Synergie Italia, an employment agency, is seeking for a leading company in the tourism and hospitality sector:

Roles:

• Barista: Responsible for taking orders, preparing coffee, cappuccinos, cocktails, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness of equipment, and ensuring hygiene standards.
• Bar Manager: Support in managing the bar, overseeing stock and supplies, and managing staff.

Requirements:

• Recent experience of at least 1 year as a barista, 3 years as a bar manager, preferably in hotels, resorts, or similar establishments.
• Knowledge of English is preferred.

Additional Information:

Contract: Fixed-term, full-time, under CCNL Turismo Confcommercio.

Salary: €24,000 + bonuses (including meals and accommodation options).

Workplace: Peschici (FG).
