We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our bar management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Bar Manager in the day-to-day operations of our bars.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with the Bar Manager: Work closely with the Bar Manager to develop and implement menus and services that meet the high standards of our guests.
• Team Leadership: Assume responsibility for the team in the absence of the Bar Manager and provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the success of our team members.
• Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Events Support: Collaborate with our events team to provide exceptional support before, during, and after events.
• Inventory Management: Assist the Bar Manager with inventory management, including ordering and stock control.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury settings or high-end mixology environments.
• Language Skills: Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Mixology Expertise: In-depth knowledge of modern and classic mixology techniques, food pairing, and international beverage trends.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, proactivity, problem-solving, and customer focus.
• Teamwork and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a strong emphasis on delivering personalized service excellence.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with leading software applications, including Office and Outlook.
