A leading hotel chain is seeking a Bar Manager to lead and optimize bar operations, ensuring delivering exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will bring considerable experience in hospitality, strong leadership abilities, and a flair for luxury service. You will be responsible for managing the bar as well as training staff, while collaborating with kitchen teams to enhance guest experiences.

The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and profitability of the bar and light meal services. This includes ensuring attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service, anticipating guests' needs, and delivering a memorable hospitality experience according to Hyatt standards and procedures.
The role requires a natural flair for luxury hospitality and strong communication skills. The manager actively upsells to maximize revenue and works towards achieving personal and team revenue and service goals.
Management-level associates are expected to work as much as necessary to fulfill their responsibilities. The manager develops short-term and long-term financial and operational plans supporting Hyatt Centric Murano Venice's overall objectives.
Additionally, the manager serves as a role model for teamwork, fostering a positive work environment within the department and across other departments. They teach, implement, and reward employees for utilizing their empowerment to meet or exceed customer expectations. Ensuring staff demonstrate technical skills, the manager conducts regular technical training.
The role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
