We are looking for a Banking Operations Associate to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF :

• Bank Account Management : Oversee the opening of new accounts, mainly with digital international banks, and manage existing ones to meet the group's needs. Monitor and optimize banking operations to ensure efficiency and resolve any issues with the banks;
• Bank Relations : Maintain and develop relationships with banks to support business growth activities;
• Process Optimization : Implement standard procedures to improve the management of banking operations and ensure consistency across all group companies;
• Documentation Management : Coordinate the preparation, storage, and archiving of banking and corporate documentation;
• Compliance Support : Work with legal and financial teams to ensure that banking operations comply with all current regulations.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING WITH YOU :

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or similar fields;
• At least 2-4 years of experience in banking operations or a related field (ideally in a dynamic environment, corporate holding, or multinational company);
• Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and experience managing compliance for companies with international operations;
• Deep knowledge of fintech, payment gateways, cryptocurrencies, and AI;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex documentation and interact effectively with multiple stakeholders;
• Proactive problem solver, comfortable in dynamic environments, and eager to drive process improvements and innovation.

• Previous experience in large-scale project management;
• Previous international experience;
