Job Summary

You will provide support to a team consisting of Client Advisors in all facets of daily business routines while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to the confidential nature of the Private Banking role. This will include client communication. You will work in a team-oriented environment with client advisors, client service specialists, integrated team members, operations, and technology teams to fulfill requests. You should be passionate about client service and will use communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Operational support to Bankers and wider integrated team where appropriate
  2. Help manage account opening / onboarding process with onboarding officer as a subject matter expert for both prospects and existing clients
  3. Support Bankers with updating account documentation / authorities & Sig List on an ad hoc basis and within the role of managing client Periodic Review process
  4. Assist with business and banker projects and strategies for prospects and clients, including subscription and content management
  5. Support team projects and admin (weekly flows, commentary, pipeline reporting, etc.)
  6. Support in resolving ad hoc client queries and standard reporting

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills :

  • University degree, preferably in finance, law, or a business-related subject (or equivalent)
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Self-starter, extremely organized, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
