For the strengthening of the Midrange System Unit, we are looking for brilliant professionals to join the infrastructure team, specifically within backup solutions.

The ideal candidate will experience a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve technology and business objectives.

Your duties and responsibilities

1. Design and implement backup solutions to meet business needs
2. Configure, manage, and maintain backup systems
3. Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities to ensure stability and reliability
4. Collaborate with development teams to ensure integration of backup solutions with other technologies
5. Support security team to mitigate any vulnerability or threat
6. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and changes made to backup systems

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

1. Degree in computer science/engineering
2. Knowledge of VEEAM / IBM Spectrum Protect / Commvault backup solutions
3. Knowledge of VTL technology (Falconstor), Tape solutions (STK, Quantum, IBM), Repository (Data Domain, ECS, S3)
4. Knowledge of scripting solutions (Powershell / Bash / Python etc) for support and troubleshooting
5. Good competence of SAN and TAN (Container VEEAM, Spectrum Protect directory containers, HDS storage containers, DELL storage containers, CISCO MDS)
6. Certifications in Backup/OS technologies are an advantage
7. Excellent knowledge of English
