What you can look forward to as Backoffice OE Sales (m/f/d):

  • Customer quotation, cost collection, and support for margin calculation
  • Customer orders processing, preparation, and delivery of order confirmation
  • Monitoring delivery dates and managing criticalities
  • Releasing customer material shipments
  • Monitoring payments and overdue claims
  • Filing and managing non-conformities
  • Internal reporting and external reporting on customer portals
  • Creating new customer and item cards
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in back-office activities
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus
  • Database management skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in economics or communication
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
