Position: Back Office Supporto Buyer (L.68 / 99 categories)

Location: Florence

Responsibilities
  • Manage communications with vendors/suppliers.
  • Support order entry activities and follow-up for Buyers, liaising with international offices for order management.
  • Compile and analyze data to prepare reports supporting the Buyer’s activities.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Front desk duties: welcoming colleagues from international offices, visitors, and couriers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, used primarily for all corporate communications.
  • Proactive with strong communication skills in an international environment, interacting daily with foreign colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Additional Information

Support Buyers during Market week preparation, including report printing and vendor info management.

Coordinate and communicate weekly itineraries, assist with order writing, and manage samples efficiently.

Support administrative tasks such as filing, updating vendor lists, organizing travel, and assisting in meetings with strategy materials.

Research potential new vendors online and via industry publications.

May involve business travel based on company needs.
