Job summary

Staff International, part of the OTB Group, seeks a Sales Team support to assist in all activities related to the sales campaign and wholesale client management worldwide.

You will manage appointment schedules, maintain customer master data, follow up on orders, and enter selections into the system as needed, while collecting and analyzing sell-out data. Strong Italian and English skills plus MS Office proficiency are required; German is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Italian and English; German is a plus, facilitating international communication.
• Strong command of MS Office for data and scheduling tasks.
• Able to manage customer data and coordinate with wholesale partners across regions.

We're looking for a support for the Sales Team in all activities related to the sales campaign, as well as the management of wholesale clients worldwide.

Specifically

• Managing the appointment schedule related to the sales campaign
• Maintaining and updating customer master data
• Following up on orders and, when required, entering selections into the system
• Collecting and managing sell-out data

Requirements

• Excellent command of both Italian and English; knowledge of German is considered an advantage
• Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
