You will be based inside a luxury boutique in central Rome.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling after-sales activities and supporting the store
• Managing complaints, special and personalized orders, reservations, and remote sales
• Collaborating with the logistics department

Desired skills and qualities:

• Excellent organizational skills, precision, ability to prioritize to meet deadlines, and attention to detail
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Customer loyalty orientation
• Good appearance, cheerful attitude, and team spirit
• Must be registered with targeted employment lists (L.68/99 art.1)
