JR Italy cerca un candidato per una posizione di Back Office per sostituzione maternità nel settore del mobile. La persona sarà responsabile della comunicazione con clienti e distributori, preparazione di documentazione commerciale e analisi di soluzioni tecniche. Richiesta una laurea in design o architettura e preferibilmente 2-3 anni di esperienza. Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato con orario full-time dal lunedì al venerdì.

Competenze

• Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
• Preferibilmente 2-3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo.

Mansioni

• Comunicare con clienti e distributori.
• Ricevere richieste RFQ, piani e documentazione tecnica.
• Preparare il BOQ dopo analisi del progetto.
• Valutare soluzioni con stime per prezzi/costi.
• Richiedere e raccogliere documenti di vendita.

Conoscenze

BACK OFFICE MATERNITY COVER

Position

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Communicating with clients and distributors;
• Receiving RFQ requests, floor plans, and technical documentation;
• Preparing BOQ after project analysis;
• Evaluating solutions with estimation for prices/costs;
• Requesting and collecting sales documents (drawings, visuals, details, certificates);
• Analyzing technical solutions with the technical office and sales manager;

Requirements

• Knowledge of English;
• Degree in design, architecture, or equivalent studies;
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in the role.

Additional Information

We offer an initial contract as a temporary agency assignment for maternity replacement - Wood and Furniture Industry Ccnl.

Working hours are on DAY SHIFT - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour break.

The workplace is located at their headquarters in SIRONE (LC).
