Position Overview

We are seeking a Showroom Sales Coordinator & Back Office to join our team in Milan, Italy (On-site). This role combines direct sales responsibilities with showroom management and back-office support, offering a dynamic and varied workday.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Showroom Coordination

  • Manage the daily operations of the Evvoli showroom in Milan, ensure an inviting and professional environment for both B2B clients and occasional direct customers.
  • Handle direct sales, provide product information, and assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain an organized and inviting showroom environment that reflects Evvoli’s brand values.

Back Office & Operations

  • Process orders, prepare invoices, and manage sales documentation using invoicing and ERP systems.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate showroom inventory, ensuring stock levels are updated.
  • Follow up on utility bills, contracts, and day-to-day operational needs of the showroom.
  • Provide support for after-sales requests and customer service queries.
  • Prepare reports and assist the Sales Manager with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Residence in Milan or nearby, with the ability to commute easily to the showroom (near Central Station).
  • Proven experience in direct sales (retail), preferably in the home appliances or air conditioning sector.
  • Previous experience managing daily showroom or shop operations (inventory, utility bills, contracts).
  • Proficiency in order processing and using invoicing systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Good level of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience handling B2B order processing.
  • Familiarity with after-sales support processes.
  • Previous experience in the home appliances or residential air conditioning sector is a plus.
