Back Office - Instore Promotion

Location: Lombardia, Italy

Pardgroup S.p.A, a leading company operating in the sectors of Operational Marketing in GDO / GDS, Retail Services, and Sales, is seeking to strengthen its team by recruiting a Back Office figure for the Instore Promotion sector.

The selected candidate, within the Instore Promotion division, will be responsible for:

1. Coordinating and supporting a team of promoters: making phone contacts to communicate work schedules, managing issues, anomalies, etc.
2. Implementing files related to the monthly planning (e.g., work days) and other management files.
3. Collaborating with the HR department for hiring, on-call contracts, and submitting attendance reports at the end of the month.
4. Full-time employment.
5. Compensation package: fixed monthly salary and Meal Vouchers.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, has a strong command of the Office package (especially Excel), and demonstrates a proactive attitude towards teamwork.
