registered under protected categories L.68/99 - Civil Invalids Art.1

for the role of Back Office Reception

Position

The candidate will handle all procedures related to guest document registration, manage clients and suppliers via email and phone, assign rooms, and handle any issues that arise.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

- Registration under protected categories L.68/99 - Civil Invalids (Art.1)

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package

- Good spoken and written English skills

- Excellent organizational and management skills

- Teamwork and proactive attitude

Additional Information

The position involves a initial fixed-term contract of 6 months with the possibility of permanence.

Working hours: shifts from 8:30 to 21:00

Work location: Center of Rome
