ETJCA SPA, an employment agency, is seeking a Back Office professional for a luxury 5-star hotel in central Milano, in collaboration with the Firenze - Scandicci branch.
The role involves supporting reception staff with check-in, check-out, switchboard, pre- and post-sales, and data entry in a refined environment frequented by international guests, with a focus on city events.
The position requires availability for 3 shifts, including 2-3 overnight shifts per week with the night team.
Key qualities include reliability, teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, and customer relations aptitude.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in upscale or mid-high level settings, is essential.
Fluent Italian and English are mandatory.
Immediate start with a permanent contract is offered.
Starting gross annual salary (RAL): €24,500.
Work location: Milano Centro.
