Job Description:

Unox, a market leader in high-end oven production and certified Great Place to Work in Italy for seven consecutive years, is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join the Customer Experience, Resellers, and Distributors team at Unox SpA.

Main activities include:

  • Ensuring the accurate and timely issuance of documents related to Back Office processes;
  • Developing and updating operating procedures and guidelines for Back Office;
  • Planning tasks to meet customer service performance indicators;
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax;
  • Collaborating with the Finance department to resolve invoice and payment issues;
  • Working with the Shipping department to ensure timely order delivery, including preparing loading plans and shipping documents;
  • Maintaining customer database, master records, and sales contract files accurately.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English and French languages;
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
