Overview
Back Office – Sales Department. Reporting to the Sales office, the candidate will be part of the team responsible for the Italian and foreign clients’ orders from the first request and the data entry to the shipping.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage orders and offers, dealing with clients in various countries.
- Communicate with clients in various foreign countries for order receipts and support.
- Evaluate clients' requests.
- Communicate with other internal departments concerning customer needs and orders (including administration, R&D, logistics, quality, and production).
- Organize shipments at different Incoterms conditions.
- Address customer requests for assistance on their order and the products.
- Address claims to reach client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma or University Degree.
- 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
- Use of all Microsoft Office software.
- Fluent in Italian and English; German, French, or Spanish will be a plus.
