Job Opportunity: Back Office & Customer Service - UTT

Adecco Italia, located in Monza-Brianza, Italy, is seeking a Back Office & Customer Service - UTT (Underground Technologies Service) for a well-known company leader in the chemical materials sector.

The selected candidate will join the centralized technical secretariat for Italy, part of the UTT line. This role involves supporting key operational activities within a team of two, ensuring smooth business operations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Order management
2. Preparation and handling of commercial offers
3. Use and management of CRM systems
4. Support for site management
5. Management and supervision of contracts with clients and suppliers
6. Site documentation management
7. Assistance to foreign subsidiaries, including price management

Requirements:

• Technical diploma
• 2-3 years of experience in Back Office or Customer Service
• Intermediate knowledge of English
• Soft skills: curiosity, precision, politeness, and motivation

Location: Milan

Contract: To be evaluated based on experience
