Position: Back Office & Customer Service - UTT (Underground Technologies Service)

Adecco Milano is seeking a candidate for a well-known company leader in the chemical materials sector. The selected individual will join the centralized technical secretariat for Italy within the UTT line, supporting key operational activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Order management
  • Preparation and management of commercial offers
  • Use and management of CRM systems
  • Support for site management
  • Management and supervision of contracts with clients and suppliers
  • Handling site documentation
  • Support to foreign subsidiaries, including price management
Requirements:
  • Technical diploma
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Back Office / Customer Service
  • Intermediate knowledge of English
  • Soft skills: curiosity, precision, politeness, and motivation
