We are looking to hire back office executive to join our team. As a back office executive, you will be direct reporting to General Manager, and assisting him with various administrative and commercial duties.

This includes data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, finances, administrative and customer service.

To ensure success as a back office customer executive, you could have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management. Ultimately, a top-class back office executive works quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and the front office team.

Back Office Customer Executive Responsibilities :

  • Greeting clients and visitors, prepare meeting room, answer phone calls and provide requested info
  • Managing office inventory
  • Assisting and coordinating with the sales team
  • Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars
  • Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills (with external company)
  • Assisting and supporting management.
  • Serving customer by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
  • Opening customer account information
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information

Back Office Customer Service Qualifications / Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills(English and Italian, Russian or German language a plus)

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements :
