ADHR GROUP, Permanent Recruitment, is seeking a junior resource to join the sales team of a client company operating in the Rubber and Plastics sector in the role of:

The candidate will support the sales department in managing daily administrative and operational activities related to order cycles, ensuring efficient and timely customer service.

· Insert and manage customer orders

· Manage commercial documentation (quotations, order confirmations, DDT, invoices)

· Update CRM and customer database

· Diploma/Bachelor's degree in linguistic studies;

· Excellent knowledge of English (level B2/C1) - the candidate will undergo a language proficiency test;

· Preferably knowledge of a second foreign language (French, German, or Spanish)

· Good command of the Office package (especially Excel)

· Strong motivation to pursue a career in sales

· Precision, organization, and customer orientation

Profiles with a recent degree and first experience are considered.

· 3+3 months internship aimed at direct hiring in the company.

· Expenses reimbursement of 600/900 euros plus meal vouchers of 7.50 euros per day of presence.

· Continuous training and professional growth opportunities

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break.

Work location: near Conselve (PD).
