Link HR Professional Solutions is seeking a professional for a role in the Customer Care Office of a company operating in the textile sector, with a strong international focus, to strengthen the team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Data entry of customer records;
  2. Support in preparing commercial offers;
  3. Order entry into the management system (Navision) and sending order confirmations;
  4. Monitoring order progress;
  5. Managing correspondence (phone and email) with clients;
  6. Participating in industry trade fairs;
  7. Providing occasional support to the Administration area in debt management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of 1-2 years in roles such as Customer Service Specialist, Back Office Commercial, or similar;
  • Good knowledge of Office package (especially Excel) and familiarity with IT systems;
  • Preferably, a decent knowledge of the English language;
  • Interest in training, empathy, accuracy, and relationship orientation.
