Company Description

Synergie Italia Spa, Divisione Consultant, filiale di Sacile, is seeking a Commercial Role for Italy and Abroad for a company specialized in manufacturing hardware for the furniture and window frames sector. The candidate should have knowledge of the English language.

Position

The commercial resource will primarily manage and develop sales offers, prepare national and international contracts, process orders, and monitor their progress.

Specifically, the role includes:

• Managing commercial relationships with clients in Italy and abroad
• Entering and processing orders
• Preparing technical documentation
• Managing commercial agreements
• Coordinating with the warehouse to monitor order progress and shipments
• Handling complaints, returns, and re-entries
• Customer care activities, pre- and post-sales

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Proficiency in PC use and data entry on management software
• At least one year of experience in back office commercial/customer service

Personal characteristics such as proactivity, organizational skills, accuracy, and good interpersonal skills will be valued.
