Back Office Commerciale Estero (English, German)

Responsibilities include:

• Entering personal data and managing orders
• Managing international clients
• Preparing quotes and offers
• Post-sales customer care

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or degree
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• Fluent in English, French, and German for daily communication with international clients
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with a strong results orientation

We offer:

• A fixed-term contract with potential for permanent employment
• CCNL Legno, arredamento e industria, 13 monthly payments

Work hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
