Job Description

Grafton, a global brand specializing in Professional Recruitment within Gi Group Holding, is seeking a Back Office Commerciale with Spanish Language skills for a company operating in the metalworking sector located in Altavilla Vicentina.

The successful candidate will be part of a team of two plus a sales manager and will be responsible for:

1. Managing clients and entering orders
2. Organizing transports and shipments
3. Managing reminders and follow-ups
4. Supporting account managers in client management
5. Participating in meetings with clients both on-site and off-site
6. Attending trade fairs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Spanish language
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Planning and organizational skills

We offer a permanent, full-time contract from Monday to Friday. The workplace is located in Altavilla Vicentina (VI). Salary will be commensurate with experience.
