BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE ESTERO

Position

The candidate will support the Commercial Office and will handle specific tasks such as:

• Managing clients and updating records;
• Order management (entering orders, sending invoices, shipping products, managing order progress);
• Monitoring orders and shipments;
• Archiving documentation;
• Commercial reporting;
• Pre- and post-sales assistance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent command of the English language, knowledge of a second language is a plus;
• Previous experience in the role, preferably within the jewelry sector;
• Good commercial aptitude;
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

We offer:

• A contract based on experience, with terms and conditions defined according to the candidate's profile;
• Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime hours;
• Work location: Arezzo.
