Areajob spa, a recruitment and selection company, is seeking a Back Office Commerciale Estero for a client company operating in the cosmetics sector.

Responsibilities:

• Insertion and management of orders
• Support to the sales network
• Organization of shipping and receipt of goods
• Preparation of Extra CEE documents
• Management of customer records
• Monitoring of customer payments
• Foreign invoicing/billing and payment control
• Communication with headquarters for administrative, commercial, and logistical operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the role (at least two years)
• Diploma or degree in economic and/or administrative field
• Fluent in English and German
• Full-time availability

Additional qualities:

• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Other information:

Contractual framework will be based on candidate experience. Direct hiring in the company is offered, full-time. Working hours are from Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:30). The workplace is in Settimo Milanese (MI).
