Job Description: Back Office Commerciale Estero

  • Back Office Commerciale Estero
Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer correspondence
  • Provide first-level technical responses and liaise with production for complex queries
  • Prepare commercial offers
  • Scout for new clients
  • Prepare certificates and sales documentation
  • Coordinate shipments and handle sales and customs documentation
  • Interface with production for process coordination
  • Update databases, mailing lists, and archives
  • Prepare newsletter content
  • Contact existing agents and distributors, and scout for new ones
  • Update prices and price lists
  • Prepare tender documentation
  • Estimate project costs
  • Prepare site safety documents
  • Organize trade fairs and travel arrangements
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in international sales, preferably in mechanical or technical fields
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills, quick learner, precise, and able to multitask
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
