A leading consulting firm in Italy is seeking an IT Service Manager to join their dynamic local IT team in Milan. The role involves providing exceptional IT support and services, managing equipment and assets, and facilitating new hire training. Ideal candidates should have strong project management experience, particularly in office projects. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing IT service delivery across multiple locations, including Milan and Rome.

Descrizione del lavoro

You will join BCG Milan IT team, supporting a growing number of users based in the local office. This will include:

• Front and back end user support
• Devices’ setup, maintenance, and service
• Asset and inventory management
• Case team support
• New hire introduction trainings
• Onsite meeting and event support

Ideal candidates will have project management experience, especially in office fitouts/buildouts or cross-office initiatives. You will be joining BCG’s dynamic local IT team as an IT Service Manager, playing a pivotal leadership role in driving the delivery of exceptional IT support and services across Italian offices (Milano, Rome, etc.).
