Job Opportunity: Customer Service / Supply Chain Support in Casale Monferrato, Italy

Gi Group, Italy's leading Employment Agency with over 200 branches nationwide and more than 1,800 HR professionals, is seeking a candidate for a local company in Casale Monferrato.

The selected candidate will collaborate across various company departments such as logistics, production, and accounting, and will be part of the commercial/purchasing team supporting the manager in all back-office activities related to orders and shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Verify/manage order modifications and input into the system;
  2. Prepare and review weekly reports on order portfolios and confirmations to be sent to clients;
  3. Monitor shipments and communicate promptly regarding any issues or delays, including blocking shipments if necessary;
  4. Handle shipping delays, report delivery issues, and process delivery notes (DDT);
  5. Assist in payment management, reminders, and prepare monthly sales statistics;
  6. Archive commercial documents and update customer, product, and pricing data;
  7. Ensure price compliance through effective communication with sales;
  8. Provide data for pre-invoicing processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role (customer service and supply chain), preferably in structured environments, with strong interpersonal, analytical skills, and a commercial attitude. Proactive, dynamic candidates capable of managing responsibilities independently and handling substantial workloads will be preferred.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Languages;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Fluent in English, German, and French (interview in these languages).

Location: Casale Monferrato (AL);

Working hours: Full-time.
