We are seeking a candidate for a multinational company in Ozzano Emilia:

The candidate will handle administrative and commercial management activities, from order closure to material shipment, communicating with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include analyzing and monitoring contracts and obligations; coordinating with engineering and production to agree on shipping schedules; and liaising with project managers to coordinate, with the client, the timing and activities to be performed on-site. The role also involves defining logistical aspects and working with the shipping manager to minimize transportation costs and maximize logistical efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Verify and prepare contractual documents.
  2. Manage and archive information and documents.
  3. Update management data to monitor order status, necessary actions, and activities to meet deadlines and obligations.
  4. Interface with clients to provide updates on order progress and plan activities according to their needs.
  5. Collaborate with other company divisions (Project Management, administration, logistics).
  6. Previous experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies.
  7. Knowledge of order-based sales logic.
  8. Excellent command of the English language (at least C1 level).

Workplace: Ozzano Emilia (BO)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30

Contract offer: Initial fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the possibility of permanent employment. Max RAL 35K + meal vouchers.
