The Role

You will join the Sales Office team, supporting customers and agents, and helping to ensure efficient management of sales processes.

Your Activities

1. Manage customer orders in the company's management system.
2. Enter purchases of materials necessary for the orders.
3. Provide administrative support to customers and our agents, responding to phone inquiries and emails.

Ideal Candidate

• Have at least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Have a good knowledge of the Office package and a strong propensity for using IT systems.
• Be customer-oriented and capable of effective communication with different stakeholders.
