With thousands of active users, we are the most popular QR code payment solution among restaurants. We simplify and improve the customer experience and that of the restaurant staff with a QR code. Customers scan, split, tip, pay… and they are done! Waiters can focus on what they really love doing most: pampering their customers.

What you will do

• Work with Node.js + express / fastify, APIs, and Microservices
• Work autonomously
• Learn from others and suggest ideas to improve our processes

Your profile

• 8+ years of experience
• Deep knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, and functional programming
• Experience managing at least one complete project, fully functioning and online, in microservices with distributed database, in Google Cloud or AWS
• Flexibility to adapt within a fast-changing environment
• Passion for your work and excitement about what you do
• Curiosity and initiative to attempt new adventures and test new ideas
• Proficiency in English

The stack we use

• Architecture: distributed on GCP, with GKE
• Frontend: REACT, with Websockets connections
• Backend: Node.js, Typescript
• APIs: RESTful and Websocket
• Data storage: MySQL, MongoDB, and BigQuery datastore for analytics
